Thayir Kuzhambu Vendakkai Mor Kuzhambu Recipe Ingredients
- Vendakkai – 10
- Curd – 1cup
- Turmeric powder - 1 cup
- Asafetida – a pinch
- Coriander leaves – little
- Thoor Dal – 1tsp
- Raw tice – 1tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1tsp
- Ginger – small piece
- Grated coconut – ½ cup
- Green cillies – 2
- Mustard – 1tsp
- Red chilli – 2
- Urad Dal – 1 tsp
- Curry leaves – as required
Thayir Kuzhambu Vendakkai Mor Kuzhambu Recipe Preparation
- Cut ladies finger vendakkai in to small pieces.
- Take 1 cup of curd and add ½ cup of water and mix well
- Add salt, turmeric powder and Asafetida with curd.
- Take the grinding ingredients and soak in water for ½ an hour.
- Grind the soaked vendakkai mor kuzhambu recipe ingredients nicely.
- Take a pan pore some oil and add mustard, urad dal, curry leaves and red chillies.
- Then add ladies finger vendakkai and fry well for five minutes.
- Finally pour the curd mixture with the sautéing ingredients and mix well.
- Then garnish the thayir kuzhambu vendakkai mor kuzhambu with coriander leaves.
- This is the best side dish for rice.
