Thayir Kuzhambu Vendakkai Mor Kuzhambu Recipe Ingredients
  • Vendakkai – 10
  • Curd – 1cup
  • Turmeric powder - 1 cup
  • Asafetida – a pinch
  • Coriander leaves – little
 Thayir Kuzhambu Vendakkai Mor Kuzhambu Grinding Ingredients
  • Thoor Dal – 1tsp
  • Raw tice – 1tsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1tsp
  • Ginger – small piece
  • Grated coconut – ½ cup
  • Green cillies – 2
Thayir Kuzhambu Vendakkai Mor Kuzhambu Recipe Sautéing Ingredients

  • Mustard – 1tsp
  • Red chilli – 2
  • Urad Dal – 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves – as required
Thayir Kuzhambu Vendakkai Mor Kuzhambu Recipe Preparation
  1. Cut ladies finger vendakkai in to small pieces.
  2. Take 1 cup of curd and add ½ cup of water and mix well
  3. Add salt, turmeric powder and Asafetida with curd.
  4. Take the grinding ingredients and soak in water for ½ an hour.
  5. Grind the soaked vendakkai mor kuzhambu recipe ingredients nicely.
  6. Take a pan pore some oil and add mustard, urad dal, curry leaves and red chillies.
  7. Then add ladies finger vendakkai and fry well for five minutes.
  8. Finally pour the curd mixture with the sautéing ingredients and mix well.
  9. Then garnish the thayir kuzhambu vendakkai mor kuzhambu with coriander leaves.
  10. This is the best side dish for rice.
